the PSAT…and another enlightening visit to a local public school

Our teens visited a different school this year to take the PSAT. Testing commenced in the still-dark moments of 7:30 am. I ran errands around town while they penciled their vast knowledge into those rows of circles.

Returning in the daylight, I was astonished to note some striking architectural details featured on the high school’s main entrance. Do you see them?

Of course, our ears registered loud curses flung through those halls. And later, Christian and Rebecca commented on several behaviors that surprised them. But what I noticed most were the crosses standing sentinel over the public school’s main entrance. Jesus reigns, indeed!
