God selected

sparkling white and vivid shades of blue for His palette last Wednesday morning.

My friend, Kylee, showed me some exquisite close-ups of this bold frost. She wondered if this stuff was called hoarfrost. I imagined so. Of course, I felt compelled to research this unfortunately-ugly-sounding word to discover if it accurately labeled these beautiful images. She was right. Encyclopædia Britannica offers a concise article complete with photo. Maybe Kylee will create a blogpost with her close-ups? If she does, I’ll link to them. [View Kylee’s close-ups here.]

Terry mentioned that he saw a lot of fog that morning on his way to work. Perhaps God used the fog to paint those white sparkles?

Beautiful snow, and stunning against the Lord’s blue sky!

PRETTY! We’ve had the same thing here for a couple of days now, but I’ve been too busy to get out and take any pictures. Also, thanks for sharing the other blog. I’ve bookmarked it to go back and read more later!
