Life—the snowed-in version

When you’re snowed-in, you can wear anything you desire. Here was Rebecca’s choice to wear under a brown corduroy dress: pink polka-dotted pajama pants and assorted colorful socks. A perfectly-placed pinpoint of sunlight embellishes her lovely pink sock flower. How did that single dot filter through the front windows and my crouched figure? Part of the magic of a snowstorm, I guess.

Great pictures! It always seem like your kids get along as wonderfully as mine. It’s such a blessing, isn’t it? Such a fun game, LIFE.

Hmmmm. I guess you’ve uncovered a bloggy illusion, Kristine. Only 18 months apart in age, these siblings have rivaled nearly from birth.

On this day, Rebecca pulled out the Life box and nagged, “Will you play Life with me?” about 6 times. “Later” was Christian’s reply x6 until I finally told him that it WAS “later.”

I really should document some of their other fights. I’ll keep the camera ready. Thanks for sparking this charming idea:)

Anyway, it is a blessing that they get along some of the time!

They do often give the illusion of getting along, but it was funny at their Art Show on Friday night…I can’t remember what the comment was… in one comment from one and the response from the other, it was REALLY evident that they are brother/sister and they DON’T always get a long. 🙂

So funny that you just witnessed an episode to refute that illusion of peace:)

Were these taken with your new lens? These photos are lovely.

FUN! Nathan (our youngest) just pulled LIFE off the shelf to play the other day.. but I didn’t think to take any fun pictures! I MUST get my camera out again 🙂
