Chocolate Frosting

4 T softened butter

2 C powdered sugar

1/2 C cocoa

dash salt

1 t vanilla

1/4 C milk (+ more?)

Mix together first five ingredients and 2 T milk with electric mixer.  Slowly add additional 2 T milk a small amount at a time (+ more?) until frosting is of desired consistency.

After tasting this recipe, canned frosting will no longer satisfy!!!  We often use this frosting on top of a Duncan Hines ~ Moist Deluxe ~ Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix (free of artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors according to Feingold Association research).
