Your menus always look so good. I clicked on the Orange Chicken and think I will give it a try. AND I am planning to make your Coffee Cake tomorrow morning for Thanksgiving, since I don’t have to cook–as long as I have enough eggs, which I forgot at the grocery store today!

    Thanks for the compliment, Kristine!

I made the Orange Chicken once before, and it was delicious. The whole family seemed to enjoy it as well.

You can’t go wrong with that Coffee Cake recipe. My DH often requests it. Hope you had enough eggs on hand:)

Hmmm.. how many Mondays can I skip? Every Sunday I think I should post a Monday menu, but I wouldn’t want you to go into shock or anything (LOL).
