Chili Mac

~10 oz.                   elbow macaroni, uncooked

2 (15 oz.) cans        Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans

1 (28 oz.) can         diced tomatoes, undrained

1-2 C                     shredded Mexican cheese, as desired

corn chips

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.

In large skillet, combine chili and tomatoes with juice.  Simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in cooked macaroni.  Sprinkle cheese over top.  Cover and simmer ~ 5 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve with sour cream and corn chips.

Serves 6-8.
