Smoked Sausage Fajitas

  • 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausages, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas, warmed
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • Mexican blend or cheddar shredded cheese

In large frying pan, cook sliced sausage for 2-3 minutes, until browned.  Add chopped onion and peppers and continue frying until mixture is nicely mixed and browned.

Serve on warmed tortillas with salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese.

Serves 4.
