- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausages, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, warmed
- sour cream
- Mexican blend or cheddar shredded cheese
In large frying pan, cook sliced sausage for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Add chopped onion and peppers and continue frying until mixture is nicely mixed and browned.
Serve on warmed tortillas with salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
