Preheat oven to 350* F.
2-3 lbs. chicken pieces
1/2 C butter, melted
2 C crushed potato chips
1/4 t garlic salt
Mix crushed potato chips with garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in potato chips. Place in casserole dish. Pour remaining butter and chips over chicken. Bake for approximately an hour.
Delicious and fattening, but not the best recipe for planned leftovers.
