Baked Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350* F.

little bit          canola oil

1 1/2 lbs.       pork tenderloin

a little bit        flour

2 C                 chicken broth

1 can             mushroom stems and pieces

Heat oil in skillet and brown pork.  Place pork in greased casserole dish.  To drippings in skillet, add a little flour, chicken broth, and mushrooms.  Stir until heated thoroughly.  Pour over pork and bake for approximately 1 hour.

Serves 4-6.

Serve with mashed or baked potatoes?
