Impromptu Lesson Involving Economics and War

Circuit, leafing through his beloved Lego catalog, noted the price of gasoline at this Service Station.

In case you can’t see the tiny numbers in this photo, unleaded gas ranged from $1.53 to $1.58, with diesel at $1.02!

(We’re not sure when this Lego kit was produced, but it must have been before 9-11!)

Compared to current the unleaded price at our nearest station in mid-Michigan:  $4.15.

Yes.  We homeschool:)  “Recess” can be extended until we’re finished with this discussion.  The scheduled grammar lesson can wait.
