Button was awarded an Outstanding ribbon for this lovely arrangement in an old shovel head.

Circuit’s snapdragon arrangement earned an Outstanding ribbon as well. Silly guy kept playing with the blossoms, and helping the snapdragons “talk” with his amazing ventriloquistic skill.

Another Outstanding ribbon for this planter filled with morning glories, ivy, and other plants whose names I know not.  Aunt Nay provided the plants and oversaw Button’s planting of them.

So many hours of careful work are represented here.  Nearly all of the items displayed in this booth were created by Circuit, Button, and their cousins.  Many thanks to those patient cousins and to Aunt Nay, their fearless 4-H leader!

Normally, I avoid using photographs with extraneous clutter, but this background was too interesting to delete or crop. Cousin J is walking behind and to the left of Button. Farther back are the floriculture judging tables. To the far right are Circuit, Aunt Nay and Grandma. Some strangers are mixed in, too.
